As the primary interface between users and the public realm, Project Signal reinterprets wayfinding as a sensory journey. The site bridges Changhua Station, a busy transit hub, and Changhua Roundhouse, a living heritage site. The design treats the "object" as the foundational unit, integrating identity, utility, and materiality into spatial components to make navigation a tangible experience. At Changhua Roundhouse, weathering steel installations guide visitors. Standing independent of operations, their rusted texture contrasts with the site's red slogans and yellow walls, delineating routes without disruption. These objects respond to heritage through raw materiality, bridging present use with historical function.

引路計畫 | 作為公共場域與使用者接觸的第一層介面，本案跳脫將指引視為單純符號系統的思維，轉而將「引路」理解為一種透過空間與物件展開的感知過程。基地橫跨台鐵彰化車站與扇形車庫兩處緊鄰卻屬性迥異的場域，前者承載旅運流動，後者保存機務運作與觀覽體驗，兩者交織出多重使用情境。因此本案以「物件」作為設計的最小單位，將識別、使用與材料性整合於空間構件之中，透過可被辨識、停留與使用的物件，使「引路」化成為理解場所的空間經驗。
扇形車庫廠區內，訪客引路物件採用耐候鋼構成，作為獨立於機務運作之外的物件存在，其隨時間生成的鏽蝕質地，與既有紅色標語及淺黃色外牆形成清晰區隔，在不干擾運作的前提下標示遊覽動線。這些物件不試圖再現歷史，而以自身材料性回應場域持續運作的古蹟狀態，成為連結當代使用與歷史機能的中介。

We moved the existing chicken coop from a closed corner to the center of an open area and used a smooth curved white metal fence to gently create a concave field under the Taiwan Golden-rain tree. By connecting the big trees, the food garden, and the composting space.In this ohm-shaped chicken coop fence, children can observe lives of the chicken closely, from the chicken name cards, egg racks, feeding, one can interact with the chicken. This resmebles the connection between life.
